Overview
- Once a reservation is confirmed, bookings are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
However, the following options may apply: - Date Change
Guests may request to change their booking date within 1 year, subject to availability. - Booking Error
If a booking was made incorrectly, guests may request to change the date at least 7 days before the check-in date. - Emergency Situations
In the event of medical emergencies or other serious situations (with valid proof), special consideration may be reviewed.
